If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to do what is necessary to make your purchase a positive one.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
New items: Defects are covered by various with manufacturer’s warranties and if defective you should contact them with proof of purchase for replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it was originally shipped in manufacturer’s packaging the item must be returned with in the original packaging.
Please include your receipt number or proof of purchase.
Customized Orders
Regarding customized orders, our process is to supply you with art work to be approved in advance of production for your proof reading. If a misspelling or other error you approved, item cannot be returned. If there is a defect in the materials used we would need the product returned for examination before considering a refund. If product was damaged in transit by the shipper we will need photo documentation so that we can submit a damage claim with the shipper and we will replace the damaged item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item, we will immediately notify you by email address you used when making the purchase on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
